There are several ways to send files to us over the web:

You can upload them through our online store by launching the photo application, or...

If you are a PC user you can attach your files to an email and send them to files@technicalphoto.com. Mac users can send their emails to macfiles@technicalphoto.com

For large files please upload them to our ftp site as follows:

PC users can simply double click My Computer and type ftp.technicalphoto.com in the address line, an error message will display saying that you do not have any privileges, under the file menu select Login as.. and type anonymous@technicalphoto.com in the user id box and your email address in the password box. Once logged in double click on the folder named "incoming" and drag your files into the open window. PC users can also download ftp client software here.

Please Note:
Be sure to send email or call the lab to notify us that you have sent the file or files for your work and to give us instructions on what you need. Also when posting files to our FTP site you must check the name of the file you are uploading; it can't have any spaces or any illegal characters such as:
(*%/!@\?$^&[]{}).

Mac Users must have FTP client software. If you don't already have such software, you can download a free copy of Fetch 3.0.3 for MacOS 9 and earlier here. Mac OSX users can download a trial version of Transmit here or Cyberduck here.

Once installed you can log on to our ftp site.
The Host would be: ftp.technicalphoto.com
The User Id is: anonymous@technicalphoto.com
Password: your email address
Here is how your connection screen should look if you decide to
use Cyberduck on a Mac. Once you are logged in just double
click the incoming folder and upload your files there.
